
Pancakes
A classic breakfast staple made with a simple batter of flour, baking powder, milk, eggs, and butter, cooked on a griddle until golden brown.
Ingredients

- *3.5 teaspoons baking powder
- *1 teaspoon salt
- *1 tablespoon sugar
- *1.25 cups milk
- *1 egg
- *3 tablespoons melted butter

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
