Baked Oatmeal
A simple, customizable stovetop oatmeal made with old-fashioned oats, milk, fresh fruit, and warm spices. Perfect for a hearty breakfast that can be easily adapted with your favorite mix-ins.
Ingredients
- *1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- *2/3 cup milk
- *1/2 medium apple, cut into small pieces (or 1 medium banana sliced)
- *1 tsp flax seed
- *1-2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- *1/4 tsp cinnamon
- *1/4 cup raisins
Instructions

Cut the apple into small pieces and place in a pan with the oats and milk

Add the flax seed, walnuts, cinnamon, and raisins to the pan

Cook over medium heat until the oats are cooked through (if too thick, add a little more milk)
